What We Supply

We are a full-service custom clothing supplier covering almost every sport and team need: We also supply custom promotional products, and accessories, se a full list below.

• Sublimated team kits – football, rugby, netball, basketball, cricket, hockey, lacrosse, volleyball, rowing, cycling, running, triathlon, swimming, athletics, ice hockey, motocross and fightwear, in fully bespoke colours, patterns, badges, names and numbers.
• Printed & embroidered clothing – t-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tracksuits, base layers, training wear and workwear, decorated by sublimation, screen printing, heat-press or embroidery.
• Headwear & accessories – baseball caps, snapbacks, trucker hats, beanies, bobble hats, kit bags, backpacks and drawstring bags.
• Event, charity & promotional clothing – charity-run t-shirts, event merchandise, branded corporate apparel and fundraising clothing.

How custom kit works – our process

Ordering bespoke kit with us is simple, and you are supported at every stage:

• 1. Tell us what you need – start with our Design Your Kit tool, request a quick quote, or call the team. We reply with honest advice and a clear, itemised quotation.
• 2. Free design & artwork – our in-house designers turn your colours, logo and sponsors into a professional digital mock-up, with revisions until it is exactly right. Design support is free.
• 3. Approve your proof – you always receive a design proof before manufacturing begins. Nothing is produced until you sign it off, so there are no surprises.
• 4. Creation your kit is produced using dye-sublimation, printing and embroidery, we also use cotton products. Standard custom orders are made in 10–15 working days; larger orders take 2–4 weeks, agreed on your quote.
• 5.UK delivery – tracked delivery in 2–5 working days, so most kits arrive within about three weeks of sign-off.
• 6. Easy reorders – we keep your approved designs on file, so new players or replacement kit can be added quickly and consistently.

Design & customisation

Every garment is fully customisable. Choose your base colours, add your club or company badge, and personalise with player names, numbers, initials and sponsor logos. Our dye-sublimation process prints your design into the fabric for colours that will not crack, peel or fade, while embroidery and heat-press options give a premium finish on caps, polos and workwear. If you already have a design we will match it; if you are starting from scratch, our designers will create something unique to your team.

Genuine brands & responsible sourcing

Alongside our own custom-manufactured range, Custom Sports Clothing is an authorised trade stockist of genuine branded sportswear – including Nike, Under Armour and adidas – supplied through official, authorised UK wholesale channels. All branded stock is 100% authentic and sourced exclusively through legitimate trade channels.

Quality & responsible manufacturing

We use performance fabrics chosen for comfort, breathability and durability, and we stand behind every garment we produce. We are committed to responsible manufacturing and work only with suppliers who meet recognised ethical production standards, so your kit looks good and is made the right way.

Delivery

Stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days; custom orders follow the production timeline above and then ship on a free tracked service (2–5 working days) via Royal Mail, DPD, DHL or UPS. You receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. International team orders are available by quotation – just contact us.

Returns & your rights

We want you to be completely happy. Standard, non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Because personalised and custom-made kit is produced to your approved design, it cannot be returned for a change of mind, but we will always replace or refund anything that arrives faulty, damaged or different from the proof you signed off. Is there a minimum order?
Most custom kit has no fixed minimum – we produce everything from single personalised garments to full squad and event runs. Larger orders benefit from better per-unit pricing, confirmed on your quote.

How long does a custom order take?
Standard custom orders are 10–15 working days after you approve your design, with larger orders taking 2–4 weeks. Free tracked UK delivery then takes 2–5 working days, so most kits arrive within about three weeks of sign-off.

Can I see a design before I commit?
Always. Our designers create a free digital mock-up and nothing is manufactured until you approve the proof.

Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes – tracked delivery to any UK address on every order, with no minimum spend. International team orders are available by quotation.

Can we reorder the same kit later?
Yes. We keep your approved designs on file so new or replacement kit matches your existing team perfectly.
