At Custom Sports Clothing, we take great pride in producing high-quality personalised sportswear. As most of our products are custom made to order, our refund and return policy differs slightly from standard retail items.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
Custom & Personalised Products
All items ordered through our website that include custom designs, logos, personalised text, club names, or bespoke colours are classed as custom-made products.
Because these items are made specifically for you, customised products cannot normally be returned or refunded unless:

The item arrives faulty or damaged

The product is significantly different from the approved design

There has been a manufacturing error
We always recommend customers carefully check sizes, designs, spelling, colours, and artwork approvals before confirming production.
Design Approval Responsibility
Before production begins, customers may receive a design proof or mock-up for approval.
Once a design has been approved:

The customer accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the design

No changes can be made once production has started

Refunds cannot be issued for errors approved in the artwork
Please ensure all details are checked carefully before approval.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request:

A description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange one of the following:

A replacement item

A partial refund

A full refund where appropriate
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
Size Exchanges
Because items are custom printed or embroidered, we are normally unable to offer exchanges for incorrect sizing.
To help avoid this, we recommend:

Checking the size guide carefully

Ordering sample sizes where possible for team orders
If a sizing issue occurs due to a manufacturing error, we will arrange a replacement.
Non-Custom Products
For non-personalised items, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery provided that:

The item is unused

The item is in its original condition

The item is returned in its original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as the product is already being manufactured.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our team and we will investigate with the courier.
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery dates are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed, particularly during peak periods.
