Shipping Policy
We keep delivery simple: every online order ships to any United Kingdom address completely free of charge – no minimum spend and no hidden fees. This page explains our dispatch times, production times for custom orders, tracking, and what to do if a delivery is late.
Delivery at a glance
- Free UK delivery on every order: £0.00 shipping cost on all online orders, with no minimum spend.
- Stock (non-personalised) items: dispatched within 1–2 working days; delivered in 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Custom & personalised orders: 10–15 working days production after artwork approval, then free tracked delivery in 2–5 working days.
- Couriers: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS, depending on order size and destination.
- Tracking: you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Delivery area: online orders are delivered to United Kingdom addresses. International team orders are available by quotation – contact us.
Free UK delivery – every order, no minimum
The delivery cost for every online order is £0.00 to any UK address. The price you see on the product page and at checkout is the total price you pay – there are no delivery charges, no surcharges and no restocking or handling fees.
Dispatch and delivery times for stock items
Standard stock items – blank garments, plain teamwear, caps and accessories without personalisation – are dispatched within 1–2 working days of your order being placed.
After dispatch, UK delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on the courier and your location, so most stock orders arrive within 3–7 working days of ordering. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Production and delivery times for custom orders
Custom sportswear is made to order, so production begins once your order is confirmed and your artwork proof is approved:
- Standard custom orders: 10–15 working days production.
- Large team or club orders: 2–4 weeks production, confirmed with your quote.
- Peak season: production can take slightly longer – we will tell you before you order.
Delivery after production is free and takes 2–5 working days. In practice this means most custom team kits are delivered within 3 weeks of artwork sign-off, and larger or complex orders within 4 weeks. We confirm your estimated delivery timeframe when you place your order, and that agreed timeframe applies to your order in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please note: delays in approving your artwork proof will extend the overall delivery time, because production only starts after sign-off.
Order tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can follow the delivery to your door. If you have not received tracking within the production timescales above, contact us and we will chase it for you.
Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at info@customsportsclothing.co.uk or on 01736 697237 and we will investigate with the courier straight away.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if we miss an agreed delivery date you can set a further reasonable deadline, and if we fail to meet that too you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund. Damaged deliveries are handled under our Refund & Return Policy – we cover the cost of return for damaged or faulty items.
Incorrect delivery information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout – we cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately: we can update the address any time before dispatch.
Split shipments
Large or complex orders are sometimes shipped in more than one package. If that happens you will receive tracking details for every parcel, at no extra cost.
International orders
Our online checkout currently delivers to United Kingdom addresses only. If your club, school or business is outside the UK, we can often arrange international delivery on team orders by quotation – contact us with your requirements and destination and we will confirm costs, timescales and any customs duties that would apply.
Collection
You can also collect your order from our Lelant workshop by appointment – we do not accept walk-ins. Contact us on 01736 697237 or info@customsportsclothing.co.uk to arrange a collection time (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm GMT).

Contact us and we will chase the courier immediately. If an agreed delivery date is missed, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the right to set a new deadline and cancel for a full refund if we miss it.

Yes – collection from our Lelant, St. Ives workshop is available by appointment. Contact us to arrange a time.
