This website, customsportsclothing.co.uk, is operated by OTW Trading Ltd, trading as Custom Sports Clothing (company number 09917111; registered office: 6 Trevenwyth Rural Workshops, St. Ives Road, Lelant, St. Ives, Cornwall TR26 3EU, England). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms – please read them before ordering. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. About us and how to contact us

Custom Sports Clothing designs and manufactures custom sportswear and personalised team clothing – custom t-shirts, hoodies, tracksuits, team kits, training wear, headwear, bags and sports accessories. You can contact us by email at info@customsportsclothing.co.uk, by phone on 01736 697237 (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm GMT), or by post at Unit 6, Trevenwyth Rural Workshops, St. Ives Road, Lelant, St. Ives, Cornwall TR26 3EU. Our office is exclusively by appointment.

2. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by email, at which point a contract is formed. For custom orders, the contract to manufacture is confirmed once payment has been received and you have approved your design proof. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably need to (for example suspected fraud, pricing errors, or artwork we cannot lawfully produce) – if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

3. Custom products and artwork approval

Most items we sell are custom-made and personalised: logos, team and player names, numbers, bespoke colours and sponsor branding.

Before production begins you will receive a design proof or mock-up for approval. By approving the proof you confirm all details, spelling, colours, sizes and artwork are correct. Once approval is given and production starts, changes cannot be made and the order cannot be cancelled. We are not responsible for errors that were present in artwork you approved.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP £) and include VAT. UK delivery is free on every online order, so the price at checkout is the total price you pay. For quoted team orders, the agreed quotation price applies. Once your order is confirmed, the agreed price will not change.

Payment is taken in full at checkout (or before production for quoted orders) via our secure payment providers, including debit/credit card, Clearpay and Klarna. Clearpay and Klarna are subject to their own terms and eligibility checks.

5. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. In summary: free UK delivery on every order; stock items dispatch in 1–2 working days; custom orders take 10–15 working days production after artwork approval plus 2–5 working days delivery; online orders are delivered to UK addresses only, with international team orders available by quotation. The delivery timeframe confirmed with your order is the agreed period for the purposes of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In summary: standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 30 days of delivery; personalised and custom-made items are exempt from cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and cannot be returned for change of mind; faulty items are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (full refund within 30 days of delivery, repair or replacement thereafter); we never charge restocking fees; refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving a return.

7. Your artwork – intellectual property and licence

You must own, or have permission to use, any logos, badges, trademarks or copyrighted material you submit for production. By submitting artwork you confirm you have the legal right to use it, and you grant us a licence to reproduce it solely to manufacture your order. You agree to be responsible for any claim that artwork you supplied infringes someone else’s rights. We may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing or offensive.

8. Our content

All website content – images, graphics, text, product designs and branding – belongs to Custom Sports Clothing or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Website use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data, or interfere with the website’s operation.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for errors contained in artwork you approved. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

11. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example courier failures, supplier shortages, extreme weather, or industrial action). If such an event significantly delays your order, we will tell you as soon as possible, and you may cancel undelivered orders for a full refund.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will do our best to put it right – we aim to respond within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied, you can seek free advice from Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards office.

13. Privacy and cookies

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our website uses a cookie consent banner: essential cookies are always on, and analytics and advertising cookies run only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” button shown on every page.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home nation and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
